Since I am living in Southern California, I am renting my 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse out in Hawaii Kai. My dad is staying in one of the bedrooms, and has his own bathroom. I would like to rent out the master bedroom that includes the master bathroom. It's a beautiful place on the 2nd floor, right on the marina. It's fully furnished with dishes, linen, and a queen sized bed.
At night the cool breezes feel so good, and the stars are beautiful from the lanai. It's next to Safeway, Longs, and Mc Donald's, and 2 blocks from Costco, Ross', and City Mill.
There is a 22' color tv and DVD player in the room which would be available for your use. It would be $1,000.00 per month, shared living area, beautifully remodeled kitchen, washer/dryer. All utililties are included, and your own parking space. It is located in Mawaena Kai,a gated community right on Hawaii Kai drive in the middle of town. Our home is on the market, but right now the market is not so great, so we're renting it. Please let me know, if you or anyone else may be interested. Of course my dad is there too, so I would like to make sure that everyone is a fit.
