Please send your good thoughts to my friend Mahi: she starts 6 months of chemotherapy treatment today for high grade B-cell non-Hodgkins lymphoma. As you can see by her photo, she is one tough cookie and we're all gathering together as a community to show our love and support for her.

Kumu Karen and Hawaii Healing Arts College are offering an Introduction to Lomilomi on April 30 and May 1 and Level 2 Lomilomi on May 2-3. Each workshop will be from 9-5pm at
